Can food, cooking and eating become a form of environmental activism? We have three opportunities a day to make positive change to the way we eat. With increasing disconnect between consumers, chefs, restaurants, farmers and our soil, we need to begin to recognise the impact of our everyday eating habits and make small, simple changes in our approach to food. This panel explores how we can begin to make better choices, from cooking at home to eating out at restaurants.
