Food & Farming

Since 2019, Lulu has dedicated her time to researching and learning about regenerative agriculture, specifically consciously grown produce and pasture raised livestock.

The industrialisation of farming has prioritised economies of scale and distorted our value of food. The real cost of cheap products is at the expense of the environment, animal welfare, local communities and our own well-being.

Farming in harmony with nature and supporting a biodiverse landscape creates ingredients that are superior in quality, nutrition and taste. It’s a win-win approach for both farms and restaurants. Lulu’s aim is to support this emerging trend and encourage more meaningful relationships, from the ground up, within the food industry.

The whole problem of health in soil, plant, animal and man is one great subject
