Hosted by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, the panel will explore the importance of soil health and its vital role in our ecosystem while discussing what we need to do in order to secure its future. Hugh is joined by The Land Gardeners, Henrietta Courtauld and Bridget Elworthy, as well as chef Lulu Cox and artist Nancy Cadogan, to hear about their acclaimed new book, Soil to Table,  exploring the link between the health of our soils and what we eat.  

Leading this discussion with a series of directed questions about soil health, the panel will explore the notion of what this mean to us and why. Delve into recipes and inspiration for Hugh’s newly launched book, River Cottage Good Comfort-Best-Loved Favourites Made Better for You, as well as amplifying your culinary repertoire with Lulu’s recipes from Soil to Table.
