This is a 5 course set menu reservation for Thursday-Saturday, outside in the Newcomer Wine's garden. Dishes will be served as a rolling feast on sharing plates for your party only. We have rain cover but please wrap up warm!
The residency was born from both parties focus on advocating producers who are working towards positive ecological change within the things we indulge in - whether it be wine, food or flowers. We have created a set menu focused on transparent supply chains, using lots of perennial crops and foraged foods, which are beneficial to the soil and ecosystem.
