Food and flowers by SSAW at Margent, a hemp farm located in Cambridgeshire England. A vegetarian British lunch, cooked and served in an off grid farmhouse made out of hemp grown on the land. Talks from Dr. Darshil Shah, a senior researcher from The Centre for Natural Material Innovation at Cambridge University. A major aim for Shah is to “design with nature”, combining sustainability with performance and functionality.
